The interactive session invites MBA students to discover the fundamentals of AI and its impact on modern business, with a focus on retail and marketing. Through the presentation of real use case on different field of application, where AI was successfully (or not) implemented, we will also tackle the different challenges and Key Succees Factors for successful AI projects within small or big companies.
Finally, the risks and challenges inherent in the use of these AI tools will be addressed, with considerations that must not be overlooked

Mathieu Staat has 25 years+ of experience in various industries (fashion, beauty, hospitality, casino, and travel...), as a key player in transformation across four main pillars: digital development and IT, implementing omnichannel strategies, optimizing customer marketing through the use of data, and launching new market opportunities, ... with a constant emphasis on valuing people as a treasure. After gaining experience with major brands such as Accor, Sephora, Fnac, L'Occitane en Provence, and Groupe Printemps, Mathieu has been advising executive committees and management teams on their digital transformation, CRM, and AI issues for the past 9 months.
He is also a member of several marketing associations and a guest lecturer at ESSEC. Mathieu completed a 5-year university
program (DESS) at Paris Panthéon Sorbonne and subsequently pursued continuing education at ESCP.“
